General Conditions of Use (GCU) of the Mobile Application

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern the use of the BUFFET CONNECT mobile application published by BUFFET CONNECT, whose head office is located at 60 rue Francois 1er, registered in the trade register. By downloading and using the Application, the user accepts these GTU without reservation.

2. Access to the Application

Access to the Application is free. To use it, the user must have a compatible device and an internet connection. Costs related to the internet connection are the responsibility of the user.

The publisher reserves the right to modify or interrupt access to all or part of the Application at any time and without notice.

3. Registration and User Account

To access certain features, the user must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her identifiers and agrees to immediately inform the publisher in the event of unauthorized use of his/her account.

4. Use of the Application

The user agrees to:

  • Use the Application in accordance with its purpose and applicable laws.
  • Not attempt to harm the proper functioning of the Application (e.g. hacking, viruses).

7. Liability

The publisher reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Any modification will be notified to the user by any appropriate means. Continued use of the Application after notification constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.

9. Termination

The user may terminate his/her account at any time by deleting the account via the Application.

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these T&Cs.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the law of France . In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the publisher's head office, unless otherwise provided.
